Overall I feel this is one of the better units that’s worth pulling for F2P. Good DPS and utlity, good for both PVP and PVE. I think he will have a spot in your line-up for a long time.

If you can, definitely. Inflicting Specialized Disable to ALL enemies is crucial.
A premium DPS + utility hybrid with incredible value in both PvE and PvP. His ability to inflict Specialized Disable on all enemies makes him meta-defining, especially in follow-up-heavy environments. When built properly, he not only amplifies your team’s damage through Specialized Shatter but also acts as a shutdown tool against key threats like Suiryu and KING.
Specialized Disable to ALL enemies
→ Completely shuts down enemy Follow-up mechanics. Huge counter to Suiryu, KING, and other Follow-up-centric units.
Specialized Shatter
→ Boosts your team’s total damage output. Works great in both burst and sustain teams.
Ultimate Follow-up mechanic
→ If faster than the enemy, he triggers a bonus Ultimate Follow-up after their action, making him a strong pressure unit.
Flexible in PvE and PvP
→ Great for boss fights, story, and Arena with consistent value regardless of mode.
Scales well with investment
→ KS and A2 significantly amplify his power and reliability.
High investment cost
→ Performs best with KS and A2. Without them, his utility and damage potential drop significantly.
Expensive to gear
→ Needs speed to activate Follow-up mechanics and offensive stats to stay relevant as DPS.
Resource conflict (especially for monsters)
→ Many recent top-tier units (Suiryu, KING, AS, Genos, Flashy, etc.) are hero-side, making it tough to split resources if you're already building them.
Upcoming URs to consider
→ Units like UR CE (core) and UR DSK may require priority, especially if you're limited on Black Tickets or upgrade materials.
If you can afford to build him, absolutely go for it.
His full-team Specialized Disable is incredibly strong in the current meta and gives you a massive edge, especially in high-level PvP. Just be mindful of how many resources you’re committing — and plan ahead based on your BT budget and whether you’re building toward hero or monster comps.
